The annual Christmas Fair took place on Sunday 30 Nov in St Colmcille's Junior School. Thanks to all who made the event such a wonderful success - contributors, collectors, buyers, sellers, stall-hands, school staff, the setup crew, the clean-up crew, and of course Santa Claus and his team of elves. Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament
will take place every Saturday
from 10.30 am until 11.00 am.

someone you know is sick at home or in hospital
and would like a priest to call to see them.

AWARE - Helping To Defeat Depression
On the first Monday of each month (excluding Bank Holidays), a mental health information room is open in the Iona Centre from 7.00 - 9.00 pm. The aim of this resource will be to provide factual information on many mental health conditions and the services available.
Support Group for Parents
of Children with Special Needs
If you have a child with special needs and would like to meet other
parents like yourself, why not come along to the Iona Centre.
The group meets on the first Wednesday of the month from 10.30 am - 12.30 pm. Tel. 086 8073388 or 085 729 8202 for further details.

Child Protection Policy
The Parish Child Protection Document
was officially launched on Monday 12 May at 7.30 pm in the Iona Centre. The Training and Development Co-ordinator of the Child Protection Service(Dubllin Archdiocese), Fr Paddy Boyle was in attendance, along with Fr Jimmy Murray, PP, and the members of the Child Protection Team, Peter Hanrahan, Anne Walsh, and Michael Giblin. Over the coming months the protocols and procedures detailed in the document will be implemented across the parish. The document may be viewed here.
